Credit Card Fraud

Having just been the victim of a credit card fraud, I'd like a card which doesn't allow the delivery address to be different from the billing address. If it's different I want the transaction to be cancelled or checked by the CC company. I can't believe the extra checking work they'd have to do would cost them more than the fraud, and it would highlight potentially fraudulent transactions earlier.
This could be an option when the account is being set up, or it could be a special internet credit card.
Is there already a card like this, or have I come up with a new idea for once? If you know of a card with this option, please let me know.

I work for a small web retailer and once an order is placed we get a set of results which tell us if delivery address matches the billing addres amongst other things. As we have been stung in the past we now only send out to the cardholders address. As Al says, it would be a massive re-work of the system to get all stores to do this type of thing.0

Sorry to hear that you've been subjected to fraudlent activity on your credit card.
I know Morgan Stanley check if billing address is the same as delivery address. Some time ago i tried to order a washing machine for my sister online with Argos & asked for the appliance to be delivered to her address. The transaction failed & 10 minutes later Morgan Stanley fraud department called me to ask whether the transaction was mine. Once i cleared up the matter with them, they allowed the transaction to go through. I found it very reassuring at the time even though there was slight inconvenience.0
