Santander regular saver reduced to 3%

My wife and I have regular savers with Santander (+ other banks). Due to mature at end May. It seems they now automate the creation of a new regular saver, and put the matured money back into current (rather than dumping it into an everyday saver) but the rate has dropped from 5% to 3%.

I think this took effect from October 2018No.79 save £12k in 2020. Total end May £11610
