Is there any credit card that allows a secondary (delivery) address to be linked to the card account, to allow delivery of orders from companies that will only deliver to the cardholder's address?
I'm sure this used to be possible on at least one of my previous cards, but probably one I've since closed.

RBS/NatWest definitely used to allow 2 addresses to be added (billing and postal).
Whether this allowed what you are looking for I cant say. I'm not so sure what the merchant see's in terms of address info when they request a payment, especially if there are two.0
