British Gas bills calculated wrong
Hi , I have a business account with British gas, send regular readings and get regular bills all paid by direct debit. Logged in on Monday to see 4K in charges, all previous bills credited for the last year and new ones created. Trying to get through to them is a nightmare in itself .. Looking at the bills it would seem they have moved a decimal point on all their calculations . Surely a computer works this out and if they are now correcting and my bills have all been wrong do i have any leeway with this , I dont have 4k to go out on DD!

If your previous bills are incorrect - to your disadvantage - you can reclaim 6 years overpayment.0
