What is happening with Foresters Financial. I have investments with them for my children through the Children's Mutual. Communication with them is impossible. All websites and telephone lines are unavailable. Any information please

I just called them yesterday, no wait time at all, has nice conversation about my child's account. Then I e-mailed them additional questions, got reply from Customer Services Administrator after 4 hours. Are you sure you on the right page? This is their website: https://www.foresters.com/0
