Hi all,
We are hoping to complete on our first home first half of June but have just found out our solicitor hasn’t sent the paperwork to Skipton to withdraw our ISAs. Skipton says the withdrawal will take up to 30 days from receiving the paperwork.
Has anyone withdrawn their LISA to purchase a home - what were your timeliness?
Thanks,
L

As soon as Skipton receive your declarations you can call them and ask them if they can speed up the process if you need the funds sooner, I have done this, twice.
On the declaration you will of entered an exchange/completion date, if Skipton are not informed otherwise they will release the funds close to this date.0 -
Skipton took about a week for me in March once they had the paperwork. Worth the odd call to check how it's going, not sure it speeded things along but made me feel like I had some make believe control of the situation. Best of luckAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0
