in Consumer rights
am having trouble with amazon got echow show 4 may last year since then i am on my third replacement which i have had for less than a week which has once again become faulty have asked for refund but was told no am now out of warranty (which they now tell me the original one had a 30 day warranty ?) they say can have further replacement but am dubious as all 3 previous ones developed same issue wouldnt let me speak to a manager either what can i do please any help appreciated

    How does an Echo Show prevent you from speaking to a manager? Does it cut your phone off or something?

    I see someone must have complained about my first reply in this thread (the helpful one about punctuation that has since disappeared). Some people must be really sad.

    Indeed. It was actually useful to point out punctuation adds clarity. The post could currently do with English subtitles.
