Advice BW Legal defence and response to Claim

    Hi all


    Just thought I would update this with the latest. Court date was set for this week, but a couple of weeks ago I received a letter from BW Legal with a notice of discontinuance attached. So it appears they have dropped everything when realising that I was willing to go to court. Seems if you stand up to these scammers you can have some success.
