Will regular credits to Halifax Student A/c fulfill 'student loan' funding requiremen

Hi, I just got a Halifax Student A/c. In the website it says that student loans have to be paid into the student account.

Currently I set up my student account to be paid into my old current account (non-student a/c). I do work part time as well.

I am thinking of setting a S/O to my Halifax Student A/c where each month, it will be funded from my current account, which includes money not just from my student loan, but also the part time wages.

Will Halifax be happy so long as there are regular credits, or will they insist on the student loan payment directly into the accounts?

'Ask them' ..... is the only safe way. If you organise a Student overdraft - you don't want to get it pulled because you're not adhering to the T&Cs?

Changing the target account with SLC is fairly easy ... if Halifax express reservations.
If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !
