Help to buy ISA and moving abroad

Options
Hello,

I am a UK citizen moving to Iceland this year. I know I will be in Iceland for at least 3 years. I currently have a help to buy ISA with around £2000 in it. I planned on adding more money monthly but as I am moving abroad I understand that I will no longer be able to pay into it.

Is there any benefit whatsoever in keeping the help to buy ISA? I have no idea where I'll want to buy a property in the future. If I do however want to buy a property in the UK if and when I return, would letting the £2000 sit there for 3 years be worth it to still qualify for the 25% government addition?

Any advice much appreciated

Thanks
