Investment platforms for expats

Hi all!
I currently live and work in the UK (Non UK citizen) and I am a very happy user of Hargreaves Lansdown for my investments. I just received a good offer to relocate abroad for 1-3 years or even more so I was thinking to move all my investment to another platform, since I won’t be UK resident anymore.
What do you think?
What would be the best platforms for people who are not so settled in one country?
Thanks!

Are these wrapped or unwrapped accounts?
Have you asked HL if they will let you stay with them?0 -
They are unwrapped I guess, I will pay taxes on them.
I have just asked HL.0 -
Interactive Brokers (not to be confused with Interactive Investor -- no connection) has a good reputation among the internationally mobile community, although being US based it could open you up to a heightened risk of up to 40% in US estate taxes on assets above $60k.
Non-US based alternatives include Saxo and Internaxx. Even here though, once you have moved out of the UK you may want to avoid holding 'US situs' assets above $60k, depending on the US estate tax treaty status of whichever country you move to.0
