Where do I take a groupon complaint if they are not responding?

Hi there... long time member first postee... so I hope I’m doing it right and following rules!
Fortunate to have always have had no issues with groupon... however, I ordered a bed for my daughter and it turned up damaged. This was on 10th April.
After several emails with customer services and being assured that it is being looked at by the management team, I still have no resolution. I have sent a message today stating that if I don’t hear from them by the end of Tuesday with the details ordered the exact issue and when and whom they have contacted to get the sorted, that I will resort to solicitors.
They are holding £309 of my money.
They have confirmed that if that can’t resolve it I can get a full refund, but over the last 2 weeks I’ve heard nothing.
If they don’t respond, does anyone know who regulates them or where I can take the complaint before I actually resort to the cost of solicitors???
Thanks for listening!

I had half an item arrive from groupon. Should have been a pack of 2 and I got 1. They ignored me until I went on social media.
They are more active I find on social media than they are to initial emails1 -
There are no "regulators". They are obliged to conduct their business in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you are getting nowhere with emails and social media, you need threaten them with (and if no positive response, send) a Letter Before Action (Google it). It is not worth getting solicitors involved for a damaged item which cost £309.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales2 -
They are a pain in the !!!!. I bought an iPad from Groupon and had nothing but trouble. The company sent a faulty one to us, rather than give us a new one/repair it they just did a factory reset and sent it back .
Keep pestering them is all I can say. Keep pestering them on social media too!! It will get solved eventually but they take their time1 -

Agreed, Ive had an issue with Groupon in the past and will avoid using them, not sure its worth the hassle.3 -
Who are you complaining to?
I ask because in a previous life, I worked for a company that sold via Groupon, if people had issues they would complain to us direct (they might have complained to Groupon, but I don't know).
Have you complained or queried with the end supplier about what is going on as well? It might be quicker to go direct to the horse's mouth to get things resolved as there might be a breakdown in the chain of communication between them.May you find your sister soon Helli.

How did you pay? If credit card you could try a chargeback, if paypal, raise a dispute.1

When I've wanted a problem solved with a company I've threatened them with BBC's watchdog. I've included a link in my email. It's surprising how quick they get things sorted once the realize that they might have bad press. I've also threatened to contact This is money too.

My experience with groupon is not good. I paid for some software using groupon & never received the software. Neither groupon nor the seller of the software responded, despite multiple attempts over weeks. I never heard from them since- and it's now many years later! I steer clear of groupon ever since...1
