Tenancy commencement must be on or before the 31st July 2019
A four-week deposit is payable in advance of tenancy commencement and will be held according to deposit legislation
Prize does not include payment of utilities, rates and council tax.
An assured short-hold tenancy contract must be signed by all parties prior to tenancy commencement
Property offered will be a mid-level 1-bedroom furnished apartment up to the value of £825pcm
Prize does not include utilities and services.
Pets accepted in line with standard pet terms
Maximum of two occupants
Entrants(s) must pass standard referencing for affordability (based on annual income).
Entrants must be available in the afternoon and evening of 6th June 2019 to attend an event announcing the winner
Semi-finalists must complete, sign and return declaration form within 48 hours of receiving link in order to advance to finals
If declaration form provides incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information, entrants will be disqualified
Competition not open to current Allegro residents or students.
