Came across Still Green CoHousing and wondered if anyone has heard of this scheme for over 55s?
The web pages seem very vague with no indication of what they provide, do you buy, rent, self build or what?
Plus what do they provide that is better than traditional retirement black holes?
I have contacted them but not yet had any reply.

Yes, but that is from 2016 and does not really explain things, how can flats and terraced houses be self build for example?
plus no indication of prices!
The plots on the street site which is on TV and claims houses including plots cost £250k upwards. But there are no plots for sale any where near that price!0 -
The fact the website shows a bunch of drawings / artists impressions shows you the stage this project is at.0
