DSAR info supplied, but I don't understand it

Been going through old loans etc from a list I made years ago, I have not kept any paperwork.
I applied to Bank of Scotland about three AA loans I had, i genuinely can't remember if I had ppi or not.
They have sent through information but it's hard to understand? They are closed on the weekend so wondered if anyone could interprete it for me?
Its like an old dot matrix printout with numbers and letters. Nowhere does it say insurance or ppi so I'm not expecting anything, just thought it was worth asking.
I could take a pic and blank out personal info?
Thanks.

The bank do not have to supply your data in a usable format if it isn't already, just have to supply you with a copy of everything they hold with an explanation of any codes e.g. if you were referred to as A, they should say A = MarkTDon - they don't have to translate all that machine data into plain English
For a loan, PPI would be on the initial agreement you signed to say you were happy with it (not to say it can't be miss-sold of course)Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

If AA sold you the loans, why are you not complaining to AA?Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

The original agreement they sent is a bad photocopy, I can't read it.
The other information is random abbreviations that I don't understand, but can't see insurance or ppi written anywhere.
BOS are the ones dealing with AA loans.

The fact you can't read it is not their fault, it's a reproduction of whatever scan they have on there, can't do much better than that.
Did you even ask them if they had any records showing you had PPI?Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

I'm not saying it's their fault, I've not said that once. All I'm asking is if someone can understand it and help me. I can't ring them at the minute as they are only open Mon-Fri.0

Some cracking attitudes in here. All I asked for was help. As I said I'm not saying it's their fault. And I did say I could upload pics if it would help.0

Upload your pic and we'll have a look. I wouldn't hold out much hope that we can see any more than you can though, but there's no harm in trying.
You need to upload it to another website and link to it though, you can't embed from your computer. And as you're a new user, you probably won't be able to link to it, so post your link with the http taken out and someone will change it.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Thanks. I don't know if these will work, can't get into my photobucket at the minute.

Might want to change your names on the account but I did the links for you
link 1
link 2
link 3
These only appear to be statements showing you making payments on your loan, not PPI
You'd do better reading the application form and looking for any tick boxes or signature bits
Though to be honest I'd just ring the bank on Monday and ask if your account had itSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
