My Waitrose coupons change of terms and conditions

I too didn’t know about changes to magazines not counting towards my threshold spend. I have never received any emails about it either.
Also shopped at Waitrose last week and thought I’d spent enough to use my coupon and found out that the qualifying spend is now calculated after any offers have been taken off.
Didn’t know this had changed either.
