Dispute with TDS

Hi,
Does anyone know what happens if you raise a dispute with TDS and the agent/landlord don't upload their evidence to support the amount of money they are trying to deduct? Basically they are trying to claim £500, we disputed this and offered £200. Our dispute shows as the £200 having been paid to the landlord, but no evidence has been uploaded yet. They only have til Monday to upload the evidence according to TDS (10 working days from when we submitted the claim) - so what happens if they don't respond?
Thanks.

I think it’s simple. You win.0

If they do not submit evidence to support their claim for deductions, their claim will fail and you will be awarded your full deposit back.0
