Should I be requesting a TA6 form?

Had an offer accepted on a property and the mortgage has been offered (subject to a valuation). I’ve got a homebuyers report booked in for Monday. Should I also get the seller to complete a TA6 form?

    Your solicitor will get that via the seller's solicitor along with all of the title information. They will send you copies of both so that you can verify the information given and ask your solicitor to raise queries about anything not covered.
