Need an otbuilding built, 7.5m x 3.5m of which:
3.5m x 3m for storage so single skin
4.5m x 3.5m as an office, so insulated with electric heating and lighting
Flat roof, GRP system.
I'm in the south east.
Been quoted £7,500 labour only - do you think this is fair?
