No harm in calling, but be aware that they are only obliged to speak with the executor.

So Aunt might have to initiate the call and then seek permission to pass the phone to you. Is this logistically possible, do live close to each other?

    Hiya everyone

So sorry its been a while since i updated you but my head has been a bit of a mess . Far too much jargon amd conversations for me to sort through but i got there in the end

Well wait for it ....... i did it i got my sister a mortgage with halifax its all ready to be completed just the paperwork to be signed by my sister and payment to the solicitor and then my aunty to sign the paperwork confirming she is happy to transfer the house to my sister

My sister will then buy me out and the house will all be hers
It really wasnt looking the best at the begining and belive me i never thought it would go through but someone must have been looking down on us as its gone well so far

Just cant wait to get the final bits sorted then we can move forward with our future and start to make new memories

Thankyou all again so much for taking the time to read and reply to my post . I was a bit of a mess before i posted on here but you all really helped me so again thankyou it means a lot

    Xx

You do yourself an injustice, No one was looking down in you, it was down to your hard work and persistence so well done.

    Yes im in benefits

You will have some capital after your sister has bought out your interest in the property - do you need to advise the Benefits people so as not to end up with an overpayment?
