Copy function is disabled.

I'd agree about it possibly making sense in general to not allow screenshots in banking apps, but ultimately, if I want to I should be able to; an implementation like Starling banks is fine, where you have to go into security settings in the app and toggle it for 1 hour. It's also very feasible that the permission could be granted in the messaging part of the app and not others too.

Really they should hold a copy of the transcript somewhere.

Maybe a DSAR request will yield some results?

I resorted to using another camera to taking pictures of the screen, scroll by scroll
