Universal Credit statement

Hi all
Just a quick query.
My UC assessment period ends today so my statement would usually be produced tomorrow but with it being the weekend will that still happen? I ask because there has been huge issues with my DH’s wages not being reported via RTI and having just spoken to UC on the phone she wouldn’t let me self report until my statement had been produced because she doesn’t know whether the information has been received anyway until that point.
Thanks in advance

Did you know your husband can look at his Personal Tax Account to see what information his employer has or hasn't reported under RTI.0

I'm almost certain it still appears the day after the end of the assessment period. I always used to check mine on the 30th (assessment period ends 29th) but having spent two different weekends fretting about a mistake I'm now checking on the following Monday!
(I say almost certain because I'd not have noticed if it appeared on the 29th rather than 30th)0 -
Dazed and confused thanks for the tip I didn’t think of that! I’m signed up via the government gateway so will look at getting him set up too.0

Its normally created 3 days before your payment is due.0

not for me it's never been 3 days before Tom, my payment arrives usually the 6th, very occasionally the 4th and statement arrives the 30th0

tomtom my statement has always been produced on the 11th since we were switched over, just happens that this is the first time it’s fell on a weekend. Thanks for the response though0

Its meant to be 7 days before. There are a number of inhibitors that can stop it appearing when it is meant to though which means that it takes human intervention to get it going again. In those cases it will appear less than 7 days before but you should get your payment on time.
If there is no calculation, and you're payment hasn't arrived, then they are really behind and you need to ring to prompt them to sort your payment.0
