Youinvest versus Fidelity

I don't think Fidelity are the best site if you just have an ISA.
However they have almost no extra charges for anything , so for a SIPP in drawdown , they start to look more competitive . Especially if you have over £250K and can take advantage of the reduced service charges ( which apply to the total amount not just that > £250K) and/or you are not just invested in funds ( due to the £45 cap on Etf's ; IT; etc ).0 -
I have a note that Youinvest charge £29.95 for telephoned orders, but I'm not familiar with 'disinvestment fees'; in what circumstances do they arise? Is it not possible to avoid it happening?
Disinvestment is detailed as "if we need to sell some of your holdings to cover charges" under "Transfer out and other charges" on the below page.

It can obviously be avoided by maintaining sufficient cash balance to pay the fees.
