NPM Dispute Form

Hi Guys
I've been reading the sticky concerning the dispute of private parking charges, and it states"THE DRIVER IS NOT IDENTIFIED.

DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME HERE INSTEAD, IF YOU ARE NOT THE KEEPER/HIRER/LESSEE. YOU ARE NOT HELPING IF YOU DO THIS WRONG BY APPEALING IN THE WRONG NAME!"

form can be found on NPMpay.co.uk/disputes

This form is asking for the drivers name, what would I put?

Regards
Andre

First impression is that you are dealing with idiots. They don't know who the driver is

"YOU ARE NOT HELPING IF YOU DO THIS WRONG BY APPEALING IN THE WRONG NAME!

It means you are not helping them :rotfl:

Seems like a child wrote that sentence

    First name = unknown
    Surname = unknown

Er, Coupon-mad wrote that sentence. It's a quote from the NEWBIES.

Or, The Driver, or Left Blank Intentionally, or find an option that allows The Keeper to appeal.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams and will fail in court so complain to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, ersistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

You do not have to name the driver. It cannot be a condition of appeal.

Just type in 'none of your business - I am appealing as keeper'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
