Yodel Reporting A Delivery at 23.05!!!!!!!

Yodel and Ebay are sending me emails saying an ebay item was delivered at 23.05. Apparently it was left at a neighbours. I sincerely hope not lol (and of course, I am in anyway). In spite of the email saying a card has been left at my door, there hasn't been.

It all seems a bit insane. Surely couriers don't work past 23:00?

I have told the seller that a delivery has been reported, but didn't happen and well, I'd be very surprised if it could have been.

Has anyone else had a delivery reported this late?

I know occasionally Amazon do fairly late same day deliveries (after 9pm) but it seems a bit OTT to even report it as possible.

I have just checked online and it seems that Yodel deliver until 6pm unless there is a mad AI reporting a late night delivery (as in my case).

Who knows with Yodel anything is possible.!!

Not Yodel, but I once tracked an order I sent to a business address. It said they had attempted delivery on a sunday at 8.00pm.

maybe they have marked it as delivered as otherwise it would have been late - and they actually intend delivering it this morning? Also Yodel have self employed couriers who can work their own hours.

Exactly. I expect the courier is 'closing off' the tracking to meet targets/schedule and will deliver (possibly) today

I did have parcel I sent via Hermes delivered on a Sunday once that I know of. Customer was very happy and put it in feedback :)

I hope other people don't see that and think it's normal !!!!!
