uploading photos from digital camera?

usually i just plug the usb cable into my laptop and the camera and a screen comes up to just tick what option i want:D

only today when i plug them in nothing happens:mad: i have checked properties which says its working correctly?

does anyone know how i get the screen to come up when it doesnt automatically?

im quite a novice with computers.

Have you looked "My Computer" to see if it listed there ?

thanks for that
took a look and clicked on lexar somthing and 100casio came up so i clicked that and my pictures appeared:D

now the problem i have is how do i save them to 'my pictures'?

have tried unsuccesfully to copy them and open a new folder

Just go into "Edit" and "select all" and drag and drop into "My Pictures"

or hold the ctrl key whilst selecting/clicking on each one. then drag the lot over to your chosen folder.

Then you can easily put them on a disc and sharpen them up .Its a free program
