uploading photos from digital camera?

usually i just plug the usb cable into my laptop and the camera and a screen comes up to just tick what option i want:D
only today when i plug them in nothing happens:mad: i have checked properties
which says its working correctly?
does anyone know how i get the screen to come up when it doesnt automatically?
im quite a novice with computers.

Have you looked "My Computer" to see if it listed there ?0

thanks for that
took a look and clicked on lexar somthing and 100casio came up so i clicked that and my pictures appeared:D
now the problem i have is how do i save them to 'my pictures'?
have tried unsuccesfully to copy them and open a new folder

Just go into "Edit" and "select all" and drag and drop into "My Pictures"

or hold the ctrl key whilst selecting/clicking on each one. then drag the lot over to your chosen folder.Get some gorm.0

quite quick when you know what to do lol

Then you can easily put them on a disc and sharpen them up .Its a free program0 -
