Lucky for you Smart ALWAYS roll over & cancel within a month of seeing the forum template appeal and they can't hold keepers liable, so you win.

See you on your own thread you've just started.

Sadly, you used the MSE 'appeal' (the awful one) not the forum NEWBIES thread one.

You didn't use the right appeal. Never read MSE articles about PPCs, they get it wrong.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Right. First step achieved - POPLA upheld my appeal.
Now I'm going to try and reclaim the fee that the rental car company charged me, for providing my details to ParkingEye - as this was an unjustified request.
I've also asked the BPA to consider disciplinary action against ParkingEye, since it clearly - as verified by POPLA - failed to follow the CoP.
And to the ParkingEye employees reading this - my goodness, I'd rather do telesales.

    Well done

Asking the BPA to take action is useless. They take money from these scammers ...... they cannot afford to lose money ????
