Can anyone recommend pulley system to water tomato hanging basket?

I have bought a hanging basket tomato plant to try out this year. I need a pulley system to water it as it will be hanging from a metal bracket around 7 feet in the air and I am short.

I have looked on Amazon and the pulleys there for hanging baskets are mostly for flowering plants, not plants covered with tomatoes. Plus the Amazon ones generally have poorish reviews for being flimsy.

Can anyone recommend a robust pulley system that I can buy to use when watering it.

A pulley system seems over complicated. Can you not just buy a pressure sprayer with a long handle? Or if you water from a hose just get a long handled sprayer.

I dont have the hose pipe in use unless it is very hot so wanted something I could use with a watering can. The pressure spray for weeds is a possibility.

You could either assemble a full on pulley system from simple parts available via Screwfix or Toolstation - or just get some rope/washing line, sling it over the bracket. attach one end to the basket hook and use some kind of cleat to secure the other end for raising & lowering

Edited to add: Sorry just checked Screwfix, they seem to have stopped selling the useful little brackets & things - good job I stocked up :-)

You do also need to think about how you will pick the tomatoes once they are ripe.

OH is tall - will ask him. He is however not interested in planting or plant watering, only good for lawn mowing and fruit picking.
