Quote for mist coat whole house

Hi, renovated and extended a 1930s detached house, spread over 3 floors, plenty of high ceilings, 5 bedrooms. Living space is approx 180m2. Walls have been freshly plastered. I’d like to have the whole house (walls and ceilings, and stairwells) mist coated, prior to second fix items (also no doors, skirting, architraves etc fitted yet), and have been quoted £1200 for a spray coat, no prep, all paint included, windows etc taped and sheeted. What do you guys think? Based in South Wales.

First glance I thought hmmm that’s a bit rich, but then thinking of how much wall meterage there is, I’m not so sure!

If it is all clear,taped and covered then should not take more then a day for 2 men but very hard to say without seeing it
