Hi, i Seen an article regarding CPW mis-selling insurance so I provided my details to a company who processes the claims (CWH Insurance Claims). Their fee, if successful is 35% +vat. Is this standard? Can I make a claim myself instead? I did take insurance out a some point but I'm unsure if my claim will be successful. Anyone any knowledge of this?

Never use a claims company. All you're doing is sending them the information and hoping they remember to post it for you.

You may as well tie it to a pigeon.

    Post it yourself.

If you've already agreed for this firm to represent you then you've signed away your right to complain alone..

Their fee* should be no more than 24% inc VAT
