Restrictions on the Land Registry

So 6 years ago my wife and I bought our first house through shared ownership with Pennine Housing.

After a couple of years we purchased Pennine Housings share of the house and the land so the land is now a Freehold and we own 100% of the house.

We are currently in the process of remortgaging and have been told that Pennine have put a restriction on our property with the Land Registry, how are they able to do this when we own the house and what implications might this have in the future? Are we able to have these restrictions removed?

    What does the restriction say?

Are you sure that it was not registered when the property was in shared ownership and just not removed?

sounds like the restriction was not removed when you bought out the shared ownership.

    What does the restriction say?

What do Pennine Housing have to say about it?

What does the solicitor appointed by your new lender say?
