Can I ask a random question, not remotely connected with money or New Zealand? It's just that you guys are the only people still awake...:o
What is there in your heel (well, on the bottom of my foot) that could feel like it twangs when you walk on it (particularly when I lean forward so my calf is stretched)? And what might I have done to make it twang?? :rotfl: It doesn't really hurt, just feels tight.
Sorry, anyway, back on topic, where in NZ would you be going?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

there are soooo many small ligaments and tendons in the bottom of your foot, which are is it hon, back of the heel? base of the heel? is it a painful twang or just mildly annoying?
I'd be going to the south ireland for most of the time and then maybe to auckland to visit a family friend. Beautiful!!!

It's the base of my heel - it was quite painful a couple of weeks ago, but now it's just annoying. I can't think that I've worn any shoes I don't normally wear, and I've been walking probably less than usual as I'm not doing the school run with the kids being on holiday (although thinking about it, it started before the holidays, and I did a few longer walks than usual...nothing excessive though).
I *should* be on MSN now Duchy, but it's been playing up so if I disappear, it's packed in again, lol!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
sounds asthough you've pulled or slightly torn one of the muscles thats runs along from the base of the foot. flatties and R+R should work! and if you can get stu to give it a gentle massage once in a while it will feel much better!debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0

thanks!
I have to admit, I've been wearing heels more than usual, but I will resolve to stick to my very low heeled boots for a couple of weeks."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
