Hope that goes ok Pania. What a nuisance. Sorry for bringing it up again, but why do they send a court letter for a direct debit instruction? Seems a waste of court time to me!Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

it was one of those pay us now or in seven days we'll instruct the court letters.
Basically from november to jan i took over the leccy bill to help him out. cancelled it mid jan and said right over to you buddy. since then he hasn't bothered to set up the direct debit and has only made one payment by card at the end of feb. despite me being on his back about it and trying to get him to do it. they wouldn't talk to me as i'm not the account holder of the account he wants to set it up to come out of else it would have done it myself. i'll give him today then if he's not called and paid it will pay it myself and take the money out of his account myself to pay myself back with.
it's just grrrrrrr and soooo needless...debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -
Oh -understand now-sorry for being dense about it.I understand previous comment about leaving him to it a while ago as well- Mr. B, the same but not as in your face about it. I hope you can get it sorted and he needs a bit of a wake up call. life is stressful enough as it is. I WOULD TAKE EXTRA OUT OF HIS ACCOUNT FOR HASSLE ......in my own little opinion.Bob xxxBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
