    Hi Pania

Thanks for your concern...I'm doing fine...but you may have noticed from other threads I am rather absorbed with ANOther DFW..who is having a tough time of it at the moment.....wll PM you when I have got my head around it.

40 minutes....you amaze me! I am forbidden from this type of exercise by my GP until weight has stabilised.

Yes... I have lost a lot of weight..courtesy of firstly earlier big-time trauma.. and now having to go on a gluten-free diet ....(RANT ahead...watch out!!)....This gluten-free thing is serious as I can;t have bread, cakes, biscuits, pasta, rice. desserts, pastry..you name it......(ie potatoes rule OK...) or even anything that may have been introduced to wheat flour.....you will be amazed at what this includes......even Sainsburys' chile con carne or liver and bacon ready meals are not gluten free. (flour to thicken the sauce!)..and no more fish and chips becsuse batter is made with flour ...ho hum...no actualloy WAILLLL!!!!!!! Tell you what though...this is the best, most effective diet I have ever been on!!!! Sainsburys have one pack of sausages (Tescos have none).. that are gluten free...Take away curry or chinese is a no-no as they either have rice or wheat gluten (ie flour) in the cooking..thickening for ssauces, coating for frying...it all equates to gluten!!......This is a really surreal experience for me....and quote "frankly it;s becoming very expensive" as none of my clothes now fit as htey are all much too big...despite the fact I am eating TWO (gluten-free) cooked meals per day!!

So...if anyone out there want to lose weight..I would recommend anyone to go on gluten-free diet...best diet possible for weight loss. Helps however if you actually feel really !!!! immediately after you;ve eaten gluten.....(I made a special trip to sainsburys because I wanted to murder some french bread...one slice later...and my whole world caved in!!)

Anyhow..thanks for the PM last week...was a real tonic..and I'm now raising a saturday night glass to you for the 40 minutes. Well done Pania..I am in awe!!....and keep going with the positive progress.....hope to meet you in the flesh real soon!!

Congratulations ..to one of the SPECIAL people!!

    Keep going hun...you're winning!!

    Much love...and big hugs

Yes, er, well that's the problem, I know I could do the job but I turn into jelly at interviews. I can never think of anything that I haven't already said in my application, and I start panicking that I'm going to let myself/ everyone else down. Lack of confidence has a lot to answer for for me :o Mind you, I think I am probably better than I was last time I did interviews... we'll see!

Good stuff :T Bit of housework here, long walk in the sun (sun, wow! :D), generally lazy day really.
