    Morning all!!!!!

Right, am going to try for this big long juicy update again and if i loose it i will shcweem and sthweem and stamp my foot!!!

Currently sitting on my sofa with a cup of tea in my dressing gown, doing the morning thing to a very good effect. :D I have bingo playing in the background and i won £7.74 and £14.80 on the daily record bingo last night, that along with a profit of (only) £10.53 from DOND are winging there way back to my account right now. Had to shell out £50 from my acc but think i worked out i'm getting that back +£33.07 which will come straight off a debt:j , probably The nationwide CC as i am desperate to get atleast one of them below the £1000 mark so the end of atleast one is in sight. :D plus any further winnings of course:rotfl: (i love this site and it's free money.)

You see before the weekned I was considering backing away from the site and continuing my DFW journey semi-alone, other than those on here i "knew" well. This was due to all the bickering and nastiness going on in quite a few threads.:o DFW has always been such a nice place to have a "chat" with people and that seemed to be turning very sour indeed. It was leaving a bit of a nasty taste, but i KNOW that if i left and vanished into the ether my motivation would go, i'd start to waste money again and shock horror start giving money to OH again!   :rotfl:
And besides if everyone of us naffed off when the going got tough then who would ever stick around to help out the newbies...(which is something i really must get back into, have tended to stick with the comfortable places lately for fear of getting rounded on!!!:o )

    Oh Oh, Interlude.... Just won another £14.37 ont bingo!!!:j :T :j :T
Now can I spare the money to withdraw that straight away or should i wait until the previous money is back in my acc... hmmm...:D :D:D ok, it's withdrawn.... :D

So, to the weekend then... Hmmm... what fun... Had a lovely day on saturday with my niece and my mum, then in the afternoon dad took us for a walk. Nearby to my parents house, alongside and to the back of the church where we were christened and my sister was married is an area of wood and grass land and a lake that is being renovated by the woodland trust. You can sponsor trees there and have a plaque put beneath them as a gesture or in memory. Dad has chosen one right next to the wall of the church and dedicated the plaque to myself my sister and my 2 nieces with the words "thanks for the love and laughter" beneath. ;)
For those of you that know how tenuous my relationship with my father has been, the fact that he had this thought and included me in it meant the absolute world to me, such a small thing but such a massive meaning. and dad doesn't do thoughtful things very often at all so that made it all the more special. it could've just been for the nieces or "the family" but it named us each individually and meant more to me than anything ever has. Maybe now we are back on track, and I feel that he loves me and i'm accepted again, and that is the best feeling in the world. :D:D:D

Theeeeen we get to the evening.... Went out with OH bessie mates (his and mine) which was nice....OH got completely trolleyed and was very poorly. Spent half the night trying to convince some poor guy they used to go to school together...:rotfl: :rotfl: had a great time and went home, I stayed downstairs and did some microwave rice for him, not knowing he was upstairs reading various items on my laptop..... diary included......   Cue massive argument and i ended the night a single woman....:o :o:o
So long chat ont the way home and we have agreed to stick at it for now, we both came up with some very valid points i think and both agreed on various things, so we're going to take it a week at a time and see if things improve...

So, I have a box of books i bought home from mums to stick on amazon, I am doing the make ten pound a day in feb, (good start so far, got nearly 5 days covered already!! lol!!) and my personal "£20 per week" spending challenge. Doing ok right now though, need it to see me through to friday and I have 13.60 left.
Budgetted £50 for my night out saturday and only spent £20, but then i did get my eyebrows waxed which was £7. completely justifiable though as i looked as if 2 hairy caterpillars had taken up residence on my head! :rotfl:
So that was good and i was pleased to be under budget there.
Is still going to be a bit of a tough month but i am confident that if i can stick with the £20 I will come in on target and have some money left over for feb/march.

Right, think that'll do for now. Need to go get ready to head out, at site today so need to get myself smartened up...

Have a good day peepys and chat later.

    Morning Pania!

Sorry to hear about your argument with OH. Having recently been through a similar thing, I can honestly say that sometimes things need to come to a head before you can really tackle them, and I hope that's what has happened with you. You know we are here though, whatever you decide to do (and as IF we would let you escape from DFW that easily missy!! ;):p)

Lovely news about your Dad, it's great that you are feeling accepted and loved again. :)

I still consider myself just a tiny bit too young for moments of a senile nature, however I think i have proved myself wrong on this occasion!!!:rotfl:

I do hope that things are going well back at yours right now, I keep checking in just haven't done much posting anywhere for a while. :o
You're right about the relationship. Just need to see if we can untangle the mess or whether it needs chucking in the bin... what does Hypno say? baby steps? to true!!!:D

Hmmm.... okay, the other post... not good, for you, you and your OH, or the site - I'm sorry to hear things went bad again, but... reading diaries? Can't expect any good to come from that, sorry, Pania's OH. Still, you're giving it another go, so you must want to. And it sounds like your dad is really coming through, thats wonderful news, I know its been so rocky for you.

But... the site? Don't leave! Not quite sure what's been going on, I *do* see quite a lot of tetchiness on the Newbie Matched Betting thread, but I don't think thats what you're referring to... I think people sometimes get jealous of the attention/help thats given .... and it can develop quite unpleasantly given half a chance. Don't let it get to you! :A

And anyway, no thkweaming! Oh! Actually, you need to thkweam if you're not going to let stuff get to you, what am I saying? :rotfl:

Karma, you are barmy. But have made me smile you little star.:D :D
Sometimes i DEFINATELY need to thkweem!! fantastic therapy that. :D

Nope reading diaries never good, neither is reading personal MSN conversations, but we shall get there one way or the other and see where this saga ends..... Yes I do want to give it one final shot, more from the fact of loosing such a close friend than loosing the relationship, and i mean that in a nice way. ;)

The nastiness has been on a few threads right here on our lovely DFW board sadly, namely MOT's and Mollybears threads amonst a couple of others. which is what has really made me take a step back, and then a massive step forward when i realised without being here i wouldn't have a) met some wonderful people... ;) b) lowered my debt by quite so much :D c) "earnt" myself £47 by sitting on the sofa!!!:j

    Long live lord lewis!!!:money: :money:

Are you getting on ok with the MBing now? I really must get back into it again, will catch up with your diary soon. xxx

;) Well of course I'm barmy, I'm a therapist, what do you expect? :rotfl: I thought you were referring to MOT's thread - her trauma was going on while I was completely self-obsessed with accounts and m.b.ing, so I wasn't there, I'm afraid. Sorry to hear the thread itself has attracted problems. Didn't realise Mollybear's had too, poor thing, its never pleasant.

M.b.ing: I can do it, but practical things still freak me! Yesterday my computer froze just as I placed a bet, so I didn't want to lay until I knew I'd placed it, so... reboot, and miss the best odds. Then I layed twice on top of that! But I bet through £93 at a cost of £3.60odd, so am actually v pleased. But SB haven't yet sent me my last freebie, so will have to get on to them after a little tiny mystery shop call. Better go and do that now!

    Long Live Lord Lewis! :money:
