Nope no joy at the farm shop at all. Really miffed about it actually, vast majority of their produce came from abroad, all their eggs were from caged hens only and their meat was "english" in origin!!!!!! the prices were really high.
I know a couple like those up here. Go to others.I bought 3 baked potatoes and that was it!!!! Had an interesting conversation with the owner who stated that the animals can be raised anyway, it is the person caring for them that makes the difference. that a caged hen could have a much happier and healthier life than a free range hen if the person that cared for them looked after them better than the person caring for the free range hens. Interesting concept i suppose. He even said that the sows he used to have in farrowing crates were more content than the outdoor reared pigs!

Good for your roses you know...I have a slight issue to. I've been found on Skype but someone that i really didn't ever want to be found by again in my life and am getting a message within 30 sconds of logging in!!! literally!!! problem is it is my main method of communication with ma and pa so i have to log on!! eek!! may need to get OH to reply to one of the messages!! that may sort it.
