    Hi

    Guess what BG have given my old mum a second bite of the cherry with a second free Homecare policy from 01/06/2019 to 31/05/2020.

    I rang and raised a complaint. They cancelled the policy immediately. However when i questioned the adviser as to how a second policy had been placed on her account, 3 weeks after she had joined BG, all i was told was it was a computer error.....
