It looks like a relatively young business, so I think they're under or just breaking the 85k threshold. I do think they're a legit company!

If they pay now before they have to register they could then save the VAT because at this point they are not yet registered, Yet being the key word.
100% cancellation fee is legal if they can't mitigate the loss. you are entering a contract under those terms so be careful what you agree to.0
