Halifax website problems?

Just wondered if anybody else has had any issues applying to switch online for the rewards account to get the bonus?
I've tried twice now, once on an ipad and once on a windows laptop, both times it lets me get to stage 4 of 6 (entering details of the donor account) but there is no 'next' or 'submit' button so can't progress!
The Halifax 'online team' clearly just think I'm an idiot and am doing something wrong as they insist that if there were a problem they would already know about it and they won't do any checks based on one person's report.
Am I going daft? Has anyone else had this happen? I'm worried I've now got two pointless credit searches on my record, although Halifax say they have no record of my attempts or any of my details.

I tried this morning to switch into an existing account - tried twice but said something wrong with their systems.
Any luck in the end?0 -
When I had similar problems as O/P on different dates via Lloyds Website problem was resolved on each occasion by using a different browser.0

Nope, I switched over the phone in the end, which was fine. I won’t be hanging on to the account for long once i’ve Got the full incentive though!0 -

I used two different devices and 3 different browsers!
Problem definitely on their end, but maybe they’ve decided they do know about it now!0
