National Gas Database
Hello,
I am at a loss as to what to do. I tried to switch my energy from OVO to SO ENERGY. This has been going on since 21st Jan. I can’t switch as my meter is incorrectly logged with the National Gas Database as a prepay meter when it’s a credit meter. So Energy won’t switch me until this is resolved. I have lost count the number of times I’ve called OVO and I have no way of contacting the National Gas Database myself. So I can’t switch to a better gas deal ever unless this is sorted. I’ve been trying to do for the last 4.5months. Any ideas what I can do please? Thank you.
