Phoned them up and found out what it was. Apparently I removed myself from their mailing list a few months ago, which meant that they couldn't give me an account. So I just ordered under another email address and it went through fine- just received the order confirmation so I'm hoping for the best!0 -
Mine just got delivered too. :j They have not taken any money from my bank account yet. I ordered 2 so i would get the right size and used the code for £13.50 so paid £10 for the 2 but even if they decide im not entitled to use the code £23.50 for 2 coats isnt bad, will give the other as a pressie.

Mine just arrived and I've tried it on. Is it me, or does anyone else find that the sizes are coming up very small? I ordered a 10 (I'm usually 8-10), but it's too small all over! Should have got a 12, but can't change it as they're all sold out again.0
