Which/What type of savings account for £10k?

Hi,
I currently have around £10k stashed in a bank account which isn't doing much and I'm wondering what my best options in regards to saving accounts would be?
I am likely to use around £1k of this for some short term expenditure before wanting to build it up again.
I already have a help to buy isa and two 5% interest accounts that I save the maximum into each month.
