NatWest switch - £50 bonus terms

Having just switched to NatWest, the terms for the £125 switch bonus are clear.
But there's another £50 bonus and even the PDF T&Cs only state:"before 1 June 2020, use your debit card linked to your eligible current account at least once per month."
Well forgive me for perhaps missing something, but
(i) is that per calendar month, or once every 30 days?
(ii) when does that requirement start? My switch was late April, I haven't used my debit card yet, have I already missed the boat?
My wife has switched at the same time so there's £100 at stake here!
