Debit card fraud - non receipt of goods

I made a purchase a month ago, using my Visa Debit Card on a website which seemed legitimate and the lock symbol was present. However, I was not sent an email with my order confirmation.
I have not received the goods, which cost £50 plus non GP fees.
I tried to contact the company several times via their contact form (no other means of contacting them is present on their website) but had no reply.
Am I able to claim back the money? If so, how do I ask for chargeback of non receipt of goods?

By the way, just because you have yet to receive your goods isn't in itself evidence of "debit card fraud" - it may simply be a result of incompetence on the part of the retailer.0 -
What is the website?
The padlock just means they had a valid SSL certificate, which in no way means the website is legitimate.0 -
Exactly. The padlock is a symbol of the security of the connection - not a guarantee of what you are connected to!0

Just wondering what a 'non GP fee' might be - anything to do with a non-sterling transaction?
Anyway, if your contract states when the goods will be delivered, you need to wait until then for them to arrive. If there is no delivery date quoted you need to wait for 30 days from the date you placed the order for the goods to arrive.
If nothing arrives (by delivery date or within 30 days as applicable) you should contact the retailer (which you already have) and try to resolve the matter with them. If that gets you nowhere, contact your card issuer and give them the details of your dispute and they will do a Chargeback for you.
The chargeback has a maximum time limit of 120 days from the agreed delivery date or from the transaction date if there was no agreed delivery date.
There is nothing in what you've said so far to indicate that this is fraud and my comments are made on the basis that you have already been charged the £50 (plus the mysterious non GP fees).0 -

That was what I thought; I just wanted OP to confirm it because it is unusual to have a converted transaction come to exactly £50.0 -
Non-receipt of goods is a valid reason for chargeback.0
