Royal mail re-direct post

Hello. We have moved abroad and all 3 occupiers have the same surname. Can we just select one person to redirect the mail and on the royal mail website they had an.option of

In the past they were pretty rubbish at it.
If they are family can you not ask them to open your post and forward anything important.0 -

If all 3 occupiers have moved abroad to the same address then fill out the Royal Mail form, list each occupant on it and the new address and get each person to sign it.
Take it to the poat office, pay the fee and get it stamped - for an overseas address redirection will not be cheap.0
