Blue background with autotype and form fillers

Has anyone else noticed that when typing info on a form, the background stays white, but when using a form filler or clicking for autotype, the background turns blue?

Does anyone know if the blue background shows up to the recipient? If so, I wonder if some comps might discount entries where they can tell that a form filler has been used?

A 'get around' is to retype the last letter in each line, which turns the background white again - but I'm not sure it matters enough to bother doing that.

Or am I just overthinking? Not for the first time
