Last time I took what I thought was a bit of a risk and switched to Tonik.
As it turned out, I have had no cause for complaint and their customer service has been pretty good - I've been able to get through to a native English speaker live operative fairly quickly when needed. I would stay with them if it weren't for the inevitable price hike coming my may.
MSE CEC is now recommending a slew of other, smaller invoicing firms to replace them on expiry of the deal:
Utility Point
Eversmart
People's Energy
Igloo
Lumo
Breeze
They all have caveats about very little feedback on performance. Could anyone pass on any thoughts from their own experience of these companies? Very grateful for any help.
