On your user control panel whether you are using the old version or new version of the forum there should be an option to Edit Ignore List on the left side of the page - this is the view on the 'new version' of the forum:
If you are still using the old green version of the forum (if like me you joined before they changed it and you don't want to change) you have the additional option of being able to edit ignore list or buddy list when viewing someone's profile:

On the blue skin I do it by going to My Profile, then Settings, then Edit Ignore List.0 -
Useful info on how to ignore someone...but why would you want to ignore this guy and JohnLock - they're both so bizarre they're pure entertainment :rotfl:0

yes, but...
actually yes, they can be entertaining - and you can still see ignored poster's posts (other than opening posts to threads) by clicking a 'view anyway' (or some similar phrase) link
i find the main advantage of the ignore list is to remind me that the poster has form - i.e. to flag up that I might not want to take them seriously, even if I do subsequently read the post.0 -
what do you mean the arrangements made? where can i find out more about this then if you dont mind me asking then? rsvp.0
