I bought two new matching sofas which were delivered last week and one of the pair is damaged. I am about to reject the sofas using the 30 day right to reject as set out in the Consumer Rights Act. Am I entitled to reject both sofas and expect a full refund? I have a large living room and need two sofas that match.

It was damaged at the time of delivery. I have contacted the company and supplied photographs and they will be sending a manager to my home. I need to be prepared.

Yes, you're entitled to reject both for a full refund - assuming you ordered them at the same time.

Yes you can get a full refund. If they offer to repair the damage, you should reject that too as you bought a NEW set of sofas, not refurbished ones.
