Damaged sofa, one of a pair.

I bought two new matching sofas which were delivered last week and one of the pair is damaged. I am about to reject the sofas using the 30 day right to reject as set out in the Consumer Rights Act. Am I entitled to reject both sofas and expect a full refund? I have a large living room and need two sofas that match.

Yes, you're entitled to reject both for a full refund - assuming you ordered them at the same time. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Yes you can get a full refund. If they offer to repair the damage, you should reject that too as you bought a NEW set of sofas, not refurbished ones.0
