Applying for another rental home after passing first check

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew what happens regarding credit checks and applying for properties. We applied for a house to rent and passed all the checks and was going to rent the house when the owner decided not to rent it out.
We’ve now found another property to rent but I’m worried that the first credit check will show on our profiles and now we have too many credit checks too soon to be able to get the ‘pass’ for the new property. Do these kind of checks show on your profile and is it likely to hinder our chances with the next property having a credit check again so soon?

They are soft credit checks that landlords carry out so nothing to worry about. Hard credit checks are only for actual finance applications.0
